Keep Learning

Life is long, life can be challenging.

The best way to keep your brain active and healthy, is to Keep Learning!

Learning is something that never stops, but it can slow down. School wasn't something that most people enjoyed (the learning part anyway), but by keeping yourself learning, you are making yourself a continually better person - learning is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

When you learn new skills, or learn how to better utilise your current skillset, it helps you grow! This can have an extremely positive impact on your social life, your professional life (advancing in your career - or making a new career), your love life, and everything else in your life. If you have a hobbies and interests, these can be greatly enhanced by learning, and if you would like new hobbies and interests, these come about by learning about them!

How can I learn?

Learning doesn't just have to be limited to standard classroom stuff like in school. You can take up something Artistic (whether in class, online, or in some other format) like:

  • Performing arts
  • Creative arts
  • Martial arts
  • Photography
  • Pottery
  • Many more..
There is also an amazing amount of learning hubs online such as:

www.lynda.com
www.khanacademy.org
www.open.edu.au

YouTube has a massive amount of sources to learn from, some of my favourites include:

One of my favourite styles of learning is to use Audiobooks from Audible.
You can listen to these ANYWHERE, so you can learn while driving or cycling, or running, which makes great use of that 'nothing' time!

I am currently listening to "The Code of the Extraordinary Mind" by Vishen Lakhiani. Get your Free Trial Sign Up with audible.com.au by clicking here, or on the banner below!

Failing all these, you can always relax with a simple BOOK.
Check out Amazon for plenty of these!

What can I learn?

You can learn almost anything! There are almost no limits on what you are able to learn, so pick something that interests you, and go for it. Whether you want to learn an art, learn about tech, learn about science, learn how to write, learn how to make films, or ANYTHING else, you can.

Think, Learn, Do. Win.
